Our Lagoon style pool, 12-person jacuzzi and expansive decks provide sparkling ocean views and easy lounging from morning until night. Lush, palm-lined paths lead to our sandy Sugar Beach and one of two private Gazebo decks that provide the ultimate for sipping cocktails while gazing at the turquoise clear water.

This estate compound includes a sprawling main house with a large master bedroom featuring 180 degree ocean views and private decks right off of the pool. Three additional ensuite bedrooms are on the pool level.

The great room, dining room, and kitchen are on the breezy second floor where you can enjoy views of Turtle Cay, Pidgeon Cay and more.

Whether you’re watching the magnificent sunrise with your morning coffee or reliving the day with loved ones at sunset - you can be sure to find cozy spots to share and appreciate the unique and secluded ambiance. Day beds, rocking chairs and lounge areas are at every corner to help you capture the island magic from sunrise to sunset.

The compound also houses Dream Cove Cottage, a romantic and airy living space featuring a full kitchen, bath and living area off the Sugar Beach pool with its own ocean view deck. It is the perfect spot for quiet privacy while still being steps away from the pool, beach and gathering areas.

Casuarina Cottage is an exquisite Master Suite with stunning ocean views, private dining area, and a beautiful his-and-hers bathroom featuring a dual shower, king bed, bar and refrigerator. Wrap around decks lead to a sunset deck and outdoor gym area.

The separate dining cottage is the perfect place to enjoy lunch or a chef's dinner while nestled in the palms. The dining cottage can sit 16 people comfortable and is located adjacent to the Chef's Kitchen House.

The Chef's Kitchen House is perfect for meal preparation by Sugar Beach Villa’s private chef or for you to gather with loved ones while you prepare your favorite food.

Sugar Beach Villa was constructed to preserve the serenity of hundreds of lush palm trees and provide the ultimate harmony between nature and luxury. Our decks offer lounge chairs overlooking the white sandy beach for a beautiful and relaxing view, and offer shade or sun depending on your personal pleasure.

Sugar Beach Villa is located next to one of the only estuaries with a mangrove river inlet - perfect for kayaking, bone fishing or just floating on rafts as the tides change. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are available to explore the infamous Tropic of Cancer Beach. Activities are numerous, Exuma is world famous for bone fishing. Offers incredible challenges for spear and deep sea fishing.. Dive for conch or lobster right in front of the villa’s reef. Your day in Little Exuma can also be spent power or sail boating, bicycling, hiking, or exploring the island and its magnificent beaches. Exuma is known for is private Islands, the friendly stingrays at Chat n Chill bar on Stocking Island, and Hoopers Bay offers feeding and swimming with turtles. We are just 5 minutes away from two great local restaurants on the seaside in Williams Town, along with the historical salt pond, old ship marker and cannon. Make sure to stop at Mom’s Bakery for warm hugs, cakes and delicious coconut breads. More dining options and nightlife are just a 15-25 minute drive away, in Georgetown.

Swimming with the pigs at Exuma Point is an Island favorite. Instead of dealing with boats and tourists, Exuma provides the rare opportunity to have time alone with the famous swimming pigs and protected iguanas.
