Completed in late 2015 with beautiful Bahamian architectural elements, the home has 6 ensuite bedrooms, powder bath, private pool, a boat slip and is just steps from a gorgeous beach! In just minutes you can cruise through Moriah Harbour, explore the shores of The Cut Beach or test your skills in the bonefishing flats just past the Ferry bridge. The home is ideal for a large family, an intimate corporate retreat or a sports/yoga retreat. The spacious and open floor plans allows for groups to comfortably socialize yet its design provides plenty of privacy. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds, two guest rooms with king size beds (cottage), one bedroom with two full beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds.
